Patio is looking good and it was a beautiful evening!
The photo books always come out when we have company....everybody has to look at them whether they like it or not!
My sister, Jen, came out....which was terrific 'cause we don't have time to get together very often.
My folks were there.....McKenzie was behind the scenes being the comedian...
mom & dad had tears in their eyes from laughing so hard.
And the newlyweds, my niece McKenzie and her husband, Vince.
Even Hissy & Koira socialized...although they were obviously worn out from all the hard work this weekend.
Clyde had ulterior motives for inviting Dad and Vince over, he wanted help moving his ultra HEAVY gun safe. They had to work for their dinner.
Dad and Vince were good sports about it though. Check out the high tech brace underneath the ramp. That's right, safety first.
Then the shrimp boil was done. Clyde is in charge of the heavy lifting when there is food involved.
It is SO good!
There wasn't anything left by the time the evening was over!
Everybody fit at the super sized picnic table.
Kenzie was in charge of dessert. She put the finishing touches on her homemade cake in the kitchen.
Her cake was incredibly good....gooey & yummy. No box mixes here, everything from scratch...what a girl!
A terrific dinner with family!
